Why is my back camera black after installing the latest operating system? What can be done to fix this?

My back camera that I use every day is not working after uploading the new operating system on my iPhone 8. Please Help.

Basic troubleshooting:

Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore to factory setttings.

I restarted, I don't want to have to go back to the previous back up.

Is that the only way?
