Unable to Answer Calls

Within the last few days I’ve been unable to answer incoming calls and after the call goes to voicemail I have to reboot the phone to be able to use the phone at all. Any suggestions?

Phone call when I call someone after a few seconds the call fails it’s not going to voicemail or anything it just hangs up what does this mean
