Apple needs to do more to recover paid content from apple ID compromise

lost recovery key and trusted device phone numbers when I was encouraged by tech to 2 step this 2009 or so. I’ve been frustrated and even stopped buying products after at least 22 and can’t get anyway around the phone number I can’t get anymore and recovery key lost in the phone so no copy and 300.00 worth of music just sitting in my account.

apple has to be smarter than this even if I sign affidavit and they match iD to credit card. i’d be ok if they even charged me a nominal fee. Identity hackers and phone thieves have more protection then their best customers

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

thank you figured Apple might care. They honestly suck since Jobs passed and care more about margin and stock price then being what they were. I knew from traveling 15 years to mainland China and they began to manufacture there plus raise prices its a bean counter culture versus invent or this Ipad would have had a hen 10 years ago instead of fear they would canabalize 5 products that aren’t must have and none replace or simplify anything. Glad I could vent.

Had and the first Iphone to 7 plus always 2 asia and U.S. but kinda done. thanks
