Remote managed in analytics

I have an I phone XR. I got it from an Apple store brand new and it has never been associated with any company or business. I keep all my share data options to off and I have not installed any apps that did not come with the phone. Recently I noticed some things happening to my phone such as the fonts on my text messages changing by themselves and the icons being moved around. I was looking at my analytics and there are two entries (one for each day) from the 21st and 22nd that says "Remote managed".

What does this mean? How or why is my phone being managed remotly? As my phone has never had MDM on it, does this mean I've been hacked somehow? If so, how could someone do this? How can I prevent this from happening?
