I bough an old iphone 6+ from the internet came from France to Morocco and know im stuck with icloud activation with hidden unknown email , is there any solution to unlock it or any help to contact the owner maybe he/she can help with that ?

Only the person whose account it's locked to can potentially help you, nobody on here, nor Apple, can remove activation lock from it (Apple also won't help you find the person whose account it's locked to). Contact the person you bought it from.
