my phone wont let me turn it off and when i try to restart the phone the option wont pop up. i was on facetime with my friend ainsley and when i hung up my phone wont turn off and it says im ending the facetime call with her and wont let me exit the tab nor get on new ones.

Home Button - Close Active Windows
Double-click the home button, and see if you can close the tab. You should be able to turn off your phone. It’s the same idea as pressing [Command + Tab] on your Mac, or [alt + Tab] on your PC to see which widows are active.
