I cannot copy videos to PC from Iphone 8

Hi,

I tried more computer, more cable, hard reset, updated IOS.

I have IPhone SE and this way is working always.

When I plug my Iphone 8 to the PC, in the explorer I can copy photos, but when I copy videos (even really small videos) I got a crash:

"a device attached to the system is not functioning"

And I lost the connection.

Anybody know a solution for this? Or this can be a device problem?

can't transfer or copy videos from phone to pc i cant copy vedio files from my iphone 8 to windows 10 laptop, when every i connect it lets few like two files to be copied then it prompt that the device attached not functing. i have done all i know and changed the cable, now new one, i can copy photos but no videos, i can open the phone folder and can copy those files but when i try to open it says file type HEIC is missing. i can even backup and do all but can't transfer videos.

iPhone disconnects from Windows 10 PC during import / transfer of videos Since the rollout of iOS 13 I am unable to import, transfer or move video's from my phone to my PC. During the transfer a message will pop up that the device has been disconnected and transfer stops before being completed. This does not happen during photo transfer. Any help would be appreciated.
