Phantom Alarm on iPhone 7

I have started getting a phantom alarm on my iPhone, IOS 12.2 Random times during the day. I have deleted all alarms, turned off sound notifications on nearly all apps, and made sure Bedtime is off. Anyone have any other ideas?

Make a local backup using iTunes.
Restore iPhone as new without the backup and test.
Slowly add your apps back one by one and test.
