AppleCare protection Plan for USA bought macbook air to be used in Europe

I want to buy appleCare protection plan for my new macbook air 2018, which i bought from USA few weeks ago. I didn't purchase applecare at that time.

Now i live in Europe, i wanted to buy the apple care for my new macbook, so i tried to purchase it online, but the country of residence is shown as USA while purchasing it online, and i do not live in USA any more.

how to buy applecare for my macbook? does the billing address matters?

First things first: you only have 60 days to purchase it.

And, in this document, it states that Apple may restrict the coverage to the country it was purchased in.


So, you best call Apple and find out if your device is eligible or not.
