I have purchased a new MacBook Pro and went to download various apps I have. Apps such as Compressor, Final Cut, Aperture & Motion downloaded perfectly fine however Logic Pro will not. Below are the messages given. Any solution to this?

Is it Logic 9 you are trying to get to work? Logic 9 will not work in Mojave, you will need to purchase Logic X.

Be sure that macOS is updated to the latest version. You should be running 10.14.5 of macOS.
The latest version is running
Spoke to Apple and they said they same thing.
Logic Pro will not update
