For a little background, I have an iPhone XR and I got it for Christmas. Every time I FaceTime somebody, they say it’s glitching with a green screen. In addition, it’ll hang up by itself while I’m on a call with somebody or turn to a reconnecting screen even though I’m connected to WiFi. Does anyone have any ideas what’s happening or any solutions?
