FaceTime Not Working

My FaceTime no longer works. I’ve tried several of the troubleshooting suggestions and none seem to work (turn off phone, check the date/time, blocked caller, WiFi, FaceTime on/off, etc). It seems like this issue only started in the past 3 days or so, right after my phone got the most recent software update. I tried to FaceTime with several different people and none of them saw my call come in and when they called me it just forever said “waiting” until timing out. How can this be fixed?
