remove ipad from find my iphone

my friend moved out and no longer on my account, had her shut off ipad and was able to remove it, but it came back on my find iphone, how do i permanently get rid of it. since she long in with new account can i do erase then remove it, or will it actually erase her info please help me with this

If its showing up in your Find My iPhone under your account, then its still logged in to your account and not hers.


She would need to log out of your account from iCloud in Settings on her iPad.


If you erase it from the Find My iPhone app, then yes, it will erase the iPad and her data.


Best to talk to her and get her to log out of your account.
