Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I tried to upload my podcast to itunes but recieved this error message:

Your image is 4341 x 1575 px and consists of a smaller square image in a large 'widescreen' white background:

The horizontal dimension is way too large and in any case the image must be square. Also the file size is 614kB: it must be less than 500kB.
