Itunes- podcast format HELP

Struggling with " Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests." error.

I can check under the properties of the image

-size: 424 KB

-file type JPG file

-Dimensions 1400 x 1858 px

-color representation sRGB

What am I missing?

Your image must be square.

Not sure why it doesn't mention it needs 1:1 ration but that's beyond my pay grade.
