Boot Camp/Windows 10 on 2014 13" MacBook Air

I have tried everything to install Windows 10 on a Boot Camp partition on this machine and nothing works. It just hangs on the wheel with "Getting Started". I've trying Windows 10 versions back to 1607, using plain USB windows installers and the ones Boot Camp Assistant makes, each times it's the same problem, hanging on "Getting Started" after the first reboot. I can't get it to finish setup. There are no extra devices on the machine. It has a stock Apple SSD. I had another 2014 MacBook Air (11") and had no problems. I've checked these posting over and over. I've reset SMC and PRAM. How do I make this work?

Thanks in advance!

USB3 will cause issues. USB2 Flash drives work the best.

On the BCA-created USB, there is file called Bootcamp.xml. Can you post the Product Version section? It should look like

<ProductManufacturer>Apple Inc.</ProductManufacturer>
<ProductVersion>6.0.6136</ProductVersion>
<ProductCode>{FCFFE6B6-BAE8-490E-88D0-097A9DA1C43D}</ProductCode>

I even tried a plain Windows 10 Installer created in Windows with none of the Boot Camp stuff, on a USB 2 drive and it didn't work. I want to stress that making and using the bootable USB drive is not the problem, I was in fact able to install Windows 10 on an unsupported 2010 WMB with no problem. The problem starts after Windows 10 does it's initial boot from the SSD, after the USB is no longer needed.

There is no Bootcamp.xml file on the BCA created drive, there is the AutoUnattend.xml which I will paste here:
