Emails not syncing across devices

Hi,

Can anyone assist me with why my emails are not syncing across devices? This is very frustrating. Even sent items on various accounts do not reflect.

old pop3 mail accounts can't sync

newer IMAP or exchange does that by default when added to the mail client

so it depend on the mail provider and how you set it up on the various clients

Change the accounts to IMAP on all devices that access the accounts.

Question: what do you suggest I do to correct this? Delete the email and re-add it?
