How to block a single app on iOS?

I’m trying to disable a single 3rd party app from my device and I can’t seem to find a way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. All the disable app settings in screen time are for on-device apps

Go to Settings > Screen Time then tap where it shows the time usage stats. From there you should see Reddit under the most used. Even if it's not in the top section, select Show More until you see it then select it. In there select Add Limit and select 1 minute. This will only allow Reddit to be used for 1 minute and then it will block it.

The other option is under Screen Time select Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > Installing Apps > Don't Allow. This will turn off the App Store so they can't browse it or install any apps.
