All of my browsers are slow and youtube won't load

I have a MacBook pro (with MacOS Mojave) and lately safari has taken so long to load and not even youtube videos will load (it looks like the picture below). I've already installed malwarebytes and ran a scan, disabled extensions, reset the NVRAM, and re-installed mac os AND my browsing results still load so slowly and youtube won't load any videos. I doubt it's my internet connection because all of my other devices connected to the wifi work just fine. I've also tried it in private windows and youtube still doesn't load and browsing results are still slow. I can still watch other videos like on twitter and instagram, and those load perfectly fine. Please help.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

You may have adware installed.

Run EtreCheck again.

In the Sidebar, click the Security button.

Locate  and remove entries under  Adware and Unsigned files.

 Click the “Remove” button.

Try going to System Preferences/Profiles and disable/delete all profiles. Restart and test.

Also try quitting all open applications except Safari to see if that helps.
