Icons/ album art missing on pc itunes store page

Hi- my windows icons on the itunes page are no longer downloading completely- the top advertisements and certain plain ones show up, but not the hundreds of 'albums' and 'songs' that I am trying to identify to purchase

there is "no update available" at this time it says on my account - so I am at a loss. They are on my ipad page- not on my pc...
