Apple ID locked by old icloud account

Hi There,

I am using iPhone XR which was recently purchased from apple store in Australia. It has warranty covered also. During the sync process from iTunes my iPhone XR got restored by my old iPhone 4s account which I don’t have access to.

I was using ***@iCloud.com account. But this account has been replaced my new account with previous old iPhone account which I mentioned above.

Can you please unlock my account so I can use my current account?

We are fellow users, we can't unlock anything for you - and you shouldn't post your email addresses on a public forum.

If you can't remember the account's password : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If the account is locked : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

Or disabled : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
