Locked Apple ID account

Hello! I have a former apple-id which is "********@live.se" which I used on my old ihpone and a little bit on my current one before I decided to create a new one. It wanted to send a message to my old phone number which I dont own any more which sparked further problems. I tried talking to the provider I had then with the phone number but they did not agree to just recieve the code and forward it just to me. But I dont remember exactly when but I read somewhere that if I have an account that is still signed into the account, I would be able to unlock it. I tried using my old laptop to unlock it but to my surprise, you had locked my account from the icloud app on my laptop as well. So now im here wondering if there is any way to unlock my account because in whatever way I try to fix it, I cant do it alone. I apreciate any type of help and would be really happy if you could help me unlock my account because I have some old memories in my icloud and on my phone which is currently locked thanks to that.

You need a verification code? See if anything here helps.  If necessary, you can use account recovery as explained in the link at bottom of the article.
