Canadian Apple ID crashing
Does using a foreign Apple ID (e.g. Canadian) break iPhones issued in Russian Federation? I attempted using two iPhone 5 phones, both shut off after working for half a day and do no restart.

Using a Canadian ID shouldn't affect the iPhone. Where were you signed in on the iPhones? If you recharge the phones, do they work? Did you try a reset? Try a factory reset?
Try a forced restart.
