Is it possible for apple to ban hardware for my stolen iPhone?

No.

Only the cellular carriers can blacklist devices.

If you had Find My iPhone set up, you can track, lock or erase it at https://icloud.com/find

So long as you do not remove it from the list of devices, it will be unusable.

stolen mobile blacklist process My iphone XS MAX got stolen and activated lost mode but its showing in pending request. I am afraid thief might get success in bypassing security and phone + icloud lock. how do i ensure apple help here to prevent mobile unlock. local police report has been filled.
