IPhone X - “Notification Cancelled” message & Apps won’t open it, froze

I call emergency by mistake and I was able to cancel the call. My IPhone froze and was not able to turn off my phone. Thanks for one of the users that posted the solution.

press the up volumen button for a second and release , then down volumen and release , finally the on and off switch press and release make sure on all buttons do not press for more than a second .

Notification cancelled I accidentally called 911 and when I terminated the call, Notification canceled appeared on the screen and the screen is frozen. I tried the up and down volume and the home key which did not work as it was recommended. I found that if I asked Siri, I could turn the phone off and then turn it on again and the problem was resolved. I have an iPhone 14.
