Error while installing brew.sh

I bought a new mac mini, installed iTerm and when I paste the command line into the terminal it says that I don't have xcode command line install, at the same time he gives me the option to install it, so I press "INSTALL" and all the suddenly it shows me an error (see image) saying : " Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server". I tried with iTerm and Default Terminal. And I already installed XCODE with all his components, but nothing to do ...

I'm on mac mini (2018)

OS : macOS Mojave

OS Version : 10.14.5 (Updated yesterday)

Would be great if anyone could help me out.

Sorry, my bad. This command :

/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"

Which is the command to install brew.sh the first time.

And by the way, I downloaded the Command Line Tools package for Mojave and this solved my issue Thanks a lot @Luis (package : https://developer.apple.com/download/more/?=command%20line%20tools)

When you install Xcode, you need to run it, and agree to the dialog that offers to install its optional components. Once this has finished, you can enter the following on the iTerm command-line:

xcode-select --install

and the corresponding Xcode command-line tools will get installed into /Library/Developer.

Homebrew needs to compile any package that it installs, and it uses the Xcode command-line tools to do that.
