Keys stop working

Hey everyone,

I am in year 12 right now which means I am using my laptop more than ever!

I seem to be having a lot of trouble with my keys (they stop working spontaneously, for instance one day it will be 'b', the next it will be 'g'). Also sometimes when I type 'g' it writes 'ggg' multiple times when I only pressed it once. It is getting really frustrating and it doesn't seem to be fixing itself.

My laptop is fairly new (got it around a year and a half ago) so I know this shouldn't be happening.

Please help me - this sounds trivial but I can't express how annoying it has become.
