Super Loud Car when recording

Hello,

Im having issues when recording videos (for Instagram and Whatsapp) in my car. I Have Apple Carplay connected and always use Amazon Music or Pandora. When recording an InstaStory while the music its playing, the volumen goes so high at the point that turns impossible to record anything. I tried to restart the phone, the car, close apps, adjust volume in the phone and the car, changing preferences, and still happening the same problem. My question now is, how does other people record InstaStories or Whatsapp stories with the music playing and everything seems normal? No loud music!

Somobody else besides me may have the same issue. Im losing followers because of this. Help please!
