I recently restored my iPhone and now I’m having trouble activating my iMessage and FaceTime

are you seeing any error messages? also keep in mind that activation can take up to 24 hours for these services. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201422 has some great first steps. if all else fails, contact apple support.
