Hi HannanAhmad,
Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand that the Weather app on your iPhone is displaying your country, rather than a specific city, as your location. I know it's important for the Weather app to determine your location properly; I'd like to help. First, tap Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Weather, and verify that you've allowed location access. If you haven't allowed access, select an option and test the Weather app again.
If the issue persists after verifying or changing this setting, use the steps below to force the Weather app to quit, then restart your iPhone:
After restarting, try to add a specific city using these steps:
"The weather data used in the Weather app comes from The Weather Channel. If you have issues getting accurate weather information, tap the icon in the lower-left corner to go directly to the weather source.
To add a city to your weather list:
- Tap  , then tap .
- Enter the name of the city, zip code, or airport location.
- Tap the city when you see it.
To delete a city from your weather list, swipe left on the city, then tap Delete. To rearrange the order of the cities on your list, touch and hold the city, then move it up or down to reorder it."
About the Weather app and icons on your iPhone and iPod touch
If you continue to experience the behavior, try removing the Weather app and redownloading it to your device:
- On your iOS device, touch and hold the app lightly until it jiggles. If the app doesn't jiggle, make sure that you're not pressing too hard.
- Tap on the app, then tap Delete.Â
- Press the Home button to finish.
If you have an Apple Watch, deleting an app from your iPhone also deletes that app from your Apple Watch.
- On your iOS device, go to the App Store.
- Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app. Find the correct name of built-in apps.
- Tap  to restore the app.
- Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.
If you have an Apple Watch, restoring an app to your iPhone also restores that app to your Apple Watch."
