If you use the same Apple ID on all your devices/computers, your personal information and your work data will be mixed, especially if you are syncing data to iCloud on all your devices/computers. If you don't sync iCloud data on the work computer, you should be able to keep most of your data separate. You might consider creating a new ID for the work computer and then set up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs, This would keep your data separate, but allow you to share purchases and set up a shared calendar to help coordinate your work schedule and personal schedule.
