I am getting a work-issued Macbook and already own my own personal iPad Pro and iPhone XS. Is there a way to use the same Apple ID across all devices but still keep my personal information separate from my work device?

If you use the same Apple ID on all your devices/computers, your personal information and your work data will be mixed, especially if you are syncing data to iCloud on all your devices/computers. If you don't sync iCloud data on the work computer, you should be able to keep most of your data separate. You might consider creating a new ID for the work computer and then set up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs, This would keep your data separate, but allow you to share purchases and set up a shared calendar to help coordinate your work schedule and personal schedule.
