my iphone being stolen, can u help me lock my iphone by using imei or serial number ?

A phone can't be locked with the serial number. Your service provider may be able to lock it using the IMEI number - Apple can't do it. I'm assuming yuou don't have 'Find My iPhone' enabled on it which would enable you to lock it yourself.
LOCK MY PHONE BY USING SERIAL NUMBER
