Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. I understand you're having trouble accessing your existing Apple Music Family subscription and you're prompted to sign up again for a trial, or re-subscribe. I know how important it is to utilize Apple Music; I'd like to help. I'd recommend using the steps below:
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID > Sign Out
- Use these steps to close the Music app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > Sign In with your Apple ID
- Tap Settings > Music; if iCloud Music Library is disabled, enable it; if iCloud Music Library is already enabled, disable it momentarily, then enable it again.
- Open the Music app > verify you are signed in here as well > test to see if you can access your subscription.
