Enable Trouble
I followed the steps on the Apple Support page to enable my old iPhone 7 Plus, but nothing happened. I have iTunes installed on my PC. Any help to resolve this matter is much appreciated. Thank you.

What article did you follow? What happened when you tried to connect to iTunes? Did iTunes recognize the phone? More information would help.
