Cannot connect iphone to itunes as laptop wont download itunes. can you assist with this please?

If you're on a Mac running Catalina or newer, restore it in the Finder.

If you're on a Windows PC, or a Mac with an earlier OS, describe what happens when you try downloading or using iTunes.

If you're on a computer running a different OS, go to a Mac or Windows PC.
