Disabled iPhone

Hi! My iPhone is disabled but it’s an older version so the usb doesn’t connect to my MacBook. I have a PC computer but for some reason iTunes won’t download in it. Is there another way I can do it?

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled -
