Video broken

So I have an iPhone 7 and it won’t let me take any videos. When I go to the camera app it is also hard to take a photo and there is a big delay. When I switch to video it takes for what I’m pointing to to appear but when it does and I press the shoot button, nothing happens it stays on 0.00 seconds then it just exits me out of video mode. I’ve looked everywhere for advice and nothing works. I think something I’m the phone is broken because I’ve tried on other photo apps and I can’t take videos in those either. Please help me
