Hello. My MacBook has been stuck on the loading screen since last week and I can’t seem to find a way to fix it. I tried recovery mode, but disk Utility and time machine are stuck on loading.

I see that your MacBook has been stuck on the loading screen for quite a while. You're unable to use Disk Utility because it also is stuck loading. I'm happy to help.
How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac -- Reset the System Management Controller. Follow the steps under "How to reset the SMC on Mac notebooks" for a nonremovable battery. See if your MacBook Pro reaches the desktop.
If you're using a 2018 MacBook Pro that uses the T2 chip, follow the steps under How to reset the SMC on a Mac that has the Apple T2 chip
