Apple ID payment

Hi there,


it keeps coming up on my phone that I need to update or change my payment methods on my Apple ID, when I go into my Apple ID it’s saying a payment is trying to go through but I need to verify the payment,


it keeps saying it’s sent me a code but Iv had nothing through on my phone?

iPhone 7, iOS 12

Is that the phone number the code is being sent to ? If it is, and if you aren't receiving it, see if iTunes Support can help : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
