Payment methods

I keep receiving a notice to verify my payment information when trying to make an in-app purchase. However, the payment information attached to our account is wrong, so I no longer can make in-app purchases. I've tried to change it numerous ways and in most cases, the usual options just aren't available. It says it is sending the code to a phone number associated with our ID, but that phone has never received the code. This is incredibly frustrating!
