Problem with subscription on

Good a I have problem with subscription on one app. It was mistake, I don’t need This app. About 5 months my phone try buy it! I can’t use my my Id for download and update my apps

If you no longer want the subscription you can stop its auto-renewal : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

Why can't you download and update apps ?
