I received the e-mail about my apple id has been used for log in from Finland.
I opened the web site through the e-mail. I did not click any in the site, just opened and immediately deleted. Has my ipad infected by virus? Now I am afraid to go any web site.
Could someone help me, please?

No. There are no known viruses that can affect an iPad.
If you did not enter any details into the website that opened, you are fine.
As Phil0124 posted, there are no know viruses that affect IOS devices. The site is most likely a scam/phishing web trying to collect personal information.
If you want to clear the site, try double clicking the Home button and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

It seems like everything works as normally as it could be. I assume that not-good-site does not have virus or spread it (if it ever have) just click to open as Phil0124 mentioned, however, any information provided in the site could be affected?
