Can’t add a new card until cancelled one is verified

So had a bank card cancelled, which was the card I was paying for my iCloud. I am now been asked to verify the card via the CVV number which doesn’t work as it’s cancelled but can’t add a new card until other card is verified. I have logged onto my apple account and changed my card details there but still pay for my iCloud storage or add a new payment. Apple Pay is on my new card.

You would need to remove the subscription. But you probably don't wish to do that, so your best bet is to contact iTunes support. You can use this link, iTunes Store - Contact Us - Apple Support


This may also explain any other questions about removing your payment method. If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID - Apple Support
