I cannot reach Apple Support by phone.
How can I get through to Apple Support by phone? I've tried a total of six times now, three by calling them directly, and three by creating a request online to have them call me. Each time, I get through the phone tree, answer the verification questions, agree to do the customer service survey...and then the phone rings for 3-4 minutes and disconnects, or it is silent for 3-4 minutes and disconnects. This is unacceptable for a company with supposed "world class" customer support.
