How much internet Speed does it take to run an Apple TV 4 wirelessly. And is Wired a different speed , if so how much does that take please?

HD (1080p) streaming can be done on a 10 Mbps connection. Both Wi-Fi (wireless) and ethernet (wired) modern home networks should exceed that with plenty of margin, so it only depends on the plan with your ISP, and if they can deliver that reliably.

Set up Apple TV however if you intend to stream 4K content, the most you can get. If your current network is not strong enough then you may need to upgrade it.
