iPhone 7 cellular update failed, Phone reset but problem continues and fails to be activated.

Hello, I have a iPhone 7 that had notifications saying "cellular update failed", and I was suggested to reset my phone to fix the issue. Right now the phone is still unable to connect to the cellular service and it also fails to be activated.

Thank you very much.

Cellular Update Failed

If you see this alert, it might mean there's an issue on the cellular modem of your iPhone or iPad. Your iPhone can't make or receive calls or text messages, or access cellular data.

You can manually check for and install a carrier settings update with these steps: Make sure your device is connected to a Wi-Fi or cellular network. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you'll see an option to update your carrier settings.

If you have an iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > SIM PIN. If you have an iPad, go to Settings > Mobile Data > SIM PIN. Turn on your SIM PIN or turn it off. If asked, enter your SIM PIN.
