When i try to get an in app purchase, my iPad redirects me to the payment and shipping page in settings. And then when i try to select ‘Apple ID Balance’ it doesn’t let me confirm even though i have more then enough money on my account for the purchase.

When you select redeem, what is the warning it gives?
Did you set the Apple ID as your default payment method?
Did you try adding a shipping address? I am out of ideas.

Yes, but it wont let me accept apple id
If i click ‘redeem’, it takes me to the redeem a code page

No problem, is that the first image i showed you. If so it wont let me. I don’t have any other payment method though
