Just noticed as I was adding some old music that I had thought I lost off of backup to my iPhone. I can see the music in iTunes and it plays, I can see it in iTunes on my iPhone and I can see it on my iPhone if I do search for it; but the album and artists don't show on the iPhone music library. What clears this little glitch? iPhone X with iOS 12.3.1.

Found the issue. The music was added to the Compilations folder within the iTunes music folder. Had to deselect the option for include in a compilation for each collection of songs.

Which worked for one album. Then I pretty much had to remove all my songs from my iPhone and then resynch. Guessing the iPhone still thought they were in the compilation.
