Updating app after changing region.

Can I still receive app update from my old region that is not on the store of the new region?

my prime to change region is to make payment.


I don't understand the above. If what you are trying to do is an update, there shouldn't be a payment required. If you made a new account and it isn't the account that downloaded the app, you won't be able to update it as it is tied to the ID that downloaded it. You may have to repurchase it. If you need funds to do that, you could buy/redeem App Store/iTunes Gift cards to the account to give the account a positive balance.

My apologies, Let me try to explain it a little bit better.

I have a China account, but since I am not the resident so I am not eligible to make payment over there.

That's why I changed the account region to United States in order to make purchase in a game.

But I was not sure about if I can still update the game since it always require the latest update.

It is in-app purchase so I am not quite sure about how it works.

The ideal situation for me is to make purchase with my old account (us region) and update the app with the new account (cn region)

I hope that explain the situation.
