Возврат денег за подписку

Здравствуйте. Хотелось бы как-нибудь вернуть деньги за оплату подписки приложения Office 365 Personal, которая была продлена автоматически. В течение пробного периода я понял, что функционал, предоставляемый по подписке, мне не нужен. А отменить подписку забыл. Произошло такое впервые, действительно случайно произошла ошибка. Деньги списались вчера. Сегодня, как заметил, зашёл, отменил подписку. При чем по скринам видно, что данные приложения я использовал больше месяца назад

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off (you know that these are user forums and that we are just fellow users, so know that nobody on here can refund anything) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
